Stowe2020 - 2-Monday

Still needing a bit more time to settle in - today was a leisurely day, After we determined the Wifi connection was good so Greg could log in and teach remotely, a trip to Waterbury to stock up on groceries was the first order of business.

After lunch, I rode down to the Stowe Bike Path and road the entire trail back and forth. Luckily we are staying right near the north end of the trail,
Yep- that's Mt Mansfield beyond the corn field

An attraction at the Corn Maze - feed the goats!
At the the south end
Back at the north end - there's a horse riding path...
Hmm - a couple of nice spots to play the Native American Flute...

Stowe2020 - 1-Sunday

Day One of my annual Stowe visit....

White River Junction

Stopped here for a lunch on Sunday. It's apparently a popular place (the seating outside was filled). We ate inside because it was a bit chilly. Wonderful decor and having something so ethnic in upper Vermont was a nice surprise. Tuckerbox >
Always great to see trains!
(I had documented this back in 2017)

Trapp Family Guest House - Family Chow Time

This year's visit was very special because Greg was with us. Ever since Kindergarten he couldn't come because Connecticut schools started during our time share time at Trapp (a week earlier than NY schools). Although he had moved to Colorado, he came home for an extended visit since the pandemic allowed him to work remotely.

Taryn's kids were a of course the center of attention... :-)
