This street festival caught me off guard. I was just planning on riding the Charter Oak Greenway after a couple of morning rides and simply wanted a slice of pizza from a restaurant downtown.
Nevertheless, after parking at the Charter Oak Park, I rode over to sniff around and grab my slice! :-)

Well the cops politely asked me to leave (rightly so as folks were worried about bicyclists scratching the cars...), so I grabbed a slice and rode back on a side road...
